Audience: Drag Racers and their Families, Hot Rod Enthusiasts, General Public
Scope: 500
Challenge: To effectively produce a massive televised event, set-up, and rehearsal in 36 hours--and recognize the winners in a unique way.
Solution: We added extra staff to our already experienced crew and worked on tight schedules. With no room for mistakes, site management was key. We used a large LED moveable screen and fog machines, and designed numerous staging and lighting packages to correspond and change with each category.
